It helps fade dark spots and scars over time, calms itchiness and irritation (even from eczema or psoriasis), and improves overall skin tone and suppleness.
For mature or drier skin, sweet almond oil may be the best choice — or combine 1 tbsp almond oil with 1 tsp jojoba for extra balance and absorption. If your skin is more normal or combination, jojoba is a fantastic light option.
