This blend brings together four powerhouse essential oils to tackle muscle soreness from multiple angles. Wintergreen provides deep, warming pain relief similar to natural aspirin. Peppermint adds a cooling sensation that eases tension. Copaiba calms inflammation while Lavender soothes and relaxes the muscle tissue.
Massage into sore muscles as needed after activity or at the end of the day.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp carrier oil (Fractionated Coconut Oil or Jojoba Oil)
- 4 drops Wintergreen essential oil (pain relief)
- 3 drops Peppermint essential oil (cooling)
- 2 drops Copaiba essential oil (anti-inflammatory)
- 2 drops Lavender essential oil (soothing)
How to Use
- 1Combine carrier oil and essential oils in a glass roller bottle or small glass bottle with dropper.
- 2Shake gently to blend.
- 3Apply to sore or tense muscles and massage in using circular motions.
- 4Use after physical activity or whenever muscles feel tight or painful.
